We’ve followed up with Australia Post regarding your delivery, and according to the tracking information, it has been marked as delivered. Unfortunately, since we are based in the Australia, we’re limited in the information we can access once a parcel has been delivered overseas.
Sometimes, parcels are accepted by a housemate or neighbour—could that be the case here? We’d really appreciate it if you could double-check around your home or with others who might have received it on your behalf, as well as contacting your local courier provider for more information / photo delivery (Australia post provides this).
