We take great pride in all our products, but if for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, you may return your unworn and unaltered item(s), which must be still in original condition, with all original tags and packaging and we will gladly exchange your item(s) or issue you with a store credit at your original cost value (less postage) within 14 days from delivery.
Any item returned to KJH Surf that we do not believe meet the above requirements and are not in new condition, will be returned to the customer, once they have re paid shipping costs.
We do not accept exchange or returns on any sale items.
Store credits will be valid for 6 months (from date of issue). If your store credit has not been redeemed by its expiration date, your credit will be no longer valid.
Any return products shipping costs are the customers responsibility, except that of faulty products.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, we ask that an email be sent including photos to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery, outlining the products fault. We will pay the return shipping cost if we deem the product to be faulty, as well as a replacement being sent or a full refund at the original purchase price (less original postage).
