Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your online purchase, you may return your unworn and unaltered item(s) in original condition — with all original tags and packaging — within 14 days of delivery.

We’re happy to offer either:

  • An exchange for another item

  • A store credit for the original purchase value (less postage)

Important:

  • Items must be in brand-new condition. Any items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to you once return postage costs are re-paid.

  • No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Expired credits cannot be reissued.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty products.


Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please email us at kjhsurf@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order details

  2. Clear photos showing the fault

If we deem the product faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the original purchase price (less original postage).
