Australian Shipping

• FREE Standard Shipping: Australia-wide on orders over $70 (that's any 2 hats). It comes off automatically at checkout. 3–7 business days

• Standard Shipping: $10 tracked — 3–7 business days from the date your order is shipped

• Express Shipping: $13 tracked — 1–3 business days from the date your order is shipped

• FREE Local Pick Up (Gold Coast): Use code PICKUP at checkout and collect from us in Miami. Email or DM us and we'll send you the exact address and a pickup time.

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $19 tracked — 6–15 business days from the date your order is shipped

• Express Shipping: $32 tracked — 4–12 business days from the date your order is shipped

United States Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $19 tracked — 9–23 business days from the date your order is shipped

• Express Shipping: $35 tracked — 7–18 business days from the date your order is shipped

US tariffs mean parcels can take a little longer to clear customs. We ship quickly, but these extra checks may add a few days.

International Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $25 tracked — 9–23 business days from the date your order is shipped

• Express Shipping: $40 tracked — 7–18 business days from the date your order is shipped

Good to know

• Orders are packed by our family and processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), each with a handwritten thank-you note.

• Shipped via Australia Post from Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220.

• Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have left our premises.

International orders:

• Customs may add an extra 5–10 business days to delivery times.

• Some countries charge tax or duties — these are the customer's responsibility.

• Please check your country's customs rules before placing your order.
